Drink lots and lots of water! I somehow kicked the habit of drinking soda at a very early age. If there’s an eating habit that I’ve been doing since day one, it’s been drinking a lot of water daily.
Reasons to drink more water daily:
1. Weight stabilization. Our body often confuses hunger with thirst, so drinking lots of water curbs cravings. It’s also a zero-calorie, zero-pretty much everything substitute for soda/alcohol.
2. Healthy Skin. I think this is why my skin hasn’t really had any big problems, or maybe this is why my chicken skin condition is limited to my triceps…anyways, continuous intake of water leads to healthy skin!
3. Heart Attack/Cancer Risk Reduction:
So how much do you need a day? Overestimate, drink more than what satisfies your thirst…I go through on average 5-6 water bottles on an average day. Don’t worry you won’t drown yourself.
