My feelings in brief...
It’s always around this time of year I feel the need to give credit to those who surround my everyday life.
It’s very easy to feel alone in this world. Sometimes, the despair contrived within our own mind can dwarf any sense of physical displacement. A lack of companionship. The absence of a support system. The change from having something to not having it at all. A sense that no one...

Here's a feel good story for ya ear..
So the other day I had a conversation with a nice lad as I was checking him into the hotel.
Mr. ____ : I see you are a fellow left-hander!
Me: Haha yes sir.
Mr. ____ : You know people who are left-handed tend to me very creative!
Me: Really?
Mr. ____: Yea, being left-handed has something to do with the strength of the creative side of your brain.
Me: Hah that’s interesting...

Take the time to watch this lecture! Remember and acknowledge those that are less fortunate, and hope someday you and I can make a difference in their lives.

new year. new struggle. new results.
Time flies when you are living.
I’ve been finding that my best and deepest thoughts come from long rides in the car, with just myself the road and the radio…let me see if I can recollect.
What matters more: the road you’re taking or the destination at the end of the road?
My girlfriend was right. The holidays are a time to think things over, for better or worse. And I...

Or have I changed? Does this..pessimistic outlook on life come with age? With age comes knowledge and with knowledge comes recognition of the truth and...

Corruption scandals are always tremendously complicated. Yet they are also...
– Can economic theory no longer explain itself? Did it take this long to figure out that consumers more often than not do not act rationally when it comes to economic transactions?
edit: This ALSO applies to the government. Make policies so screwed up and convoluted that a) no one bothers to even...

Wha wha wha w-w-what would you do?
Suppose you were abducted in your sleep and you woke up in a room, and all there is in the room is the chair you woke up on and a window in front of you. It is an interrogation window: you can see what is on the other side, but the other side is not able to see you.
In the other room is a person, like you, who is in a chair.
A voice in the intercom speaks: “In your hand is a button. You...

As I continue my search for a career/job/money/business/whatever, I’ve been thinking heavily about life in general. Where am I heading? Where are we heading? Are we all going to become nothing in 2012?
I’m begining to believe more and more that we have come to a stagnant time in terms of a society, as progressive beings. Has our technological progression finally plateaued? Have we...
